Weil im Laufe des BK Verfahrens eine Lösung gefunden wurde die Firma nicht insolvent geht und weiter besteht. Shares werden erst am Ende gecancelt wenn es keinen Ausweg mehr gibt.

Alles chatgpt, also mit Vorsicht genießen. Wenn es aber stimmt, würde es heißen, dass gecancelte shares bei einem plan modification wieder aus dem Grabe auferstehen könnten, in welcher Form und Farbe auch immer. Ob das bei Bobby nun passiert oder nicht, steht auf einem anderen Blatt.
Nein die Shares wurden von der Firma gelöst. Das Filing dazu gibt es. Das kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden und ist unwiderruflich. Alles was jetzt noch zu Geld gemacht fließt in den Delaware Trust wo Aktionäre laut Plan nicht beteiligt werden.
