Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his ability to create, finance, and lead innovative biotechnology companies. His governance experience and independent judgment will be key assets in guiding BioSenic's strategy, supporting informed decision-making, and safeguarding shareholders' interests Together with Mrs Anne-Sophie Jourdain and Boletus Consulting BV, represented by its permanent representative Mr Seppe De Gelas - each of whom has been coopted by the board of directors for their experience and achievements in the legal and regulatory sectors (as announced on 4 August 2025, please see press release here) - they shall together constitute BioSenic's committee of independent directors. The cooptation of the three independent directors will be submitted to the next shareholders' meeting for confirmation of the cooptation and effective appointment of the three new independent directors.
