Das ist unser Lichtblick: Wenn BRK einen Verkauf tätigt wird der Markt realisieren was der Wert der einzelnen Projekte darstellt und demzufolge auch den BRK Kurs beflügeln.

Apart from you, there are very few other BRK investors / followers that can do these calculations. BRK will not give the market an indication of what it feels the SWISH is worth because that will set the upper limit for the asset sale, and it certainly doesn't want to constrain that. That is why IMO it will take a significant asset sale to change market sentiment and valuation of BRK.

Ich denke, bei dem allgemeinen Marktumfeld sollte man nicht vorschnell die Reißleine ziehen. Wenn sich der Markt wieder beruhigt, wird hier sicher der Kurs auch anders reagieren.

Es läuft alles nach Plan 👍 auch über die permanente Berichterstattung bin ich zufrieden. Nun muss nur noch der Kurs loslaufen.
