Wesentliche Neuigkeit war die Jahreszeitabhängigkeit beim Minenbau. Der Winter kann nur für den Innenausbau von Gebäuden genutzt werden. Sprich gibt es beim Bau Verzögerungen in den nächsten Winter oder ein früherer Wintereinspruch, kann es das Projekt um Monate nach hinten schieben. Nicht wirklich überraschend bei der geografischen Lage, aber hilfreich für das eigene Erwartungsmanagement.
