SAN DIEGO, Dec. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAPR), a biotechnology company developing transformative cell and exosome-based therapeutics, today announced the commencement of a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. In addition, Capricor intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional number of shares of common stock equal to 15% of the aggregate number of shares of its common stock sold in the public offering. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Piper Sandler and Oppenheimer & Co. are acting as the joint book-running managers for the proposed public offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering for the continued development of its product candidates, manufacturing of its product candidates, working capital and general corporate purposes.
