DAS würde ich besser nicht aus den Augen verlieren, denn a) es sind daneben nicht mehr viele weitere Warrants und kaum Options im Rennen (siehe letzten Finanzbericht vom Mai 2025) und b) auch hier wurde bisher wenig/nicht zum Thema Finanzierung diskutiert.

CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF NON- BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND DEBT SETTLEMENT Vancouver, BC September 5, 2025 Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTCQB: CITLF) ("CiTech" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated July 22, 2025, it has closed the previously announced non-brokered private placement financing (the "Offering") of 10,000,000 units of the Company ("Units") at a price of C$0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of C$500,000. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") and one common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"), with each Warrant exercisable for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance at an exercise price of $0.10 per Share. The Units and Shares upon exercise of the Warrants sold pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period pursuant to securities laws in Canada. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for general working capital. The securities of the Company have not been, and will not be, registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "U.S. Securities Act") or any U.S. state securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an available exemption from the registration requirements of the U.S. Securities Act and applicable U.S. state securities laws. This press release shall not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy, nor shall there by any sale of the securities referenced in this press release, in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful. Debt Settlement The Company also announces that it has settled a debt relating to certain management fees to Brenton Scott, the CEO, President and director of the Company, to Andrew Hill, a director of the Company and to a certain creditor by issuing an aggregate of 10,000,000 Units at a deemed price of $0.05 per Unit, representing an aggregate value of $500,000 (the "Debt Settlement"). All securities issued in connection with the Debt Settlement will be subject to a four month hold period pursuant to securities laws in Canada. The Issuer will rely on the exemptions from the formal valuation and minority approval requirements of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions as the fair market value of the consideration paid for the debt assignments does not exceed 25% of the Issuer's market capitalization.

Jungs, wartet doch alle 4-5 Monate mal ab und lass den Kurs arbeiten. Ist doch egal ob heute 30% plus oder minus. Denkt mal an große Erfolge und nicht nur 100%.

Danke für die Aufklärung! War mir dessen nicht bewusst. Wäre es möglich das die noch an die Börse kommen? Bzw welche Voraussetzungen sind nötig, um an weiteren Plätzen geschaltet zu werden?
