Last week Street Talk outed months of confidential talks between the $489 million ASX-listed European Lithium and the $US1.4 billion ($1.96 billion) Nasdaq-listed Critical Metals Corp. Now, we’ve got our mitts on the fine print of this deal. Former Perth Glory owner Tony Sage is the executive chairman of European Lithium. That would give the ASX-listed company a deal value of about $1 billion given it has roughly 2 billion shares on issue. An ASX announcement is expected to be made as early as Tuesday morning, although it is unclear if the two parties have signed a definitive agreement or are working off a letter of intent. European Lithium, chaired by former Perth Glory owner Tony Sage, is sitting on about $356 million in cash, and owns about 37.5 per cent of the Nasdaq-listed player. It has several projects, but the Tanbreez rare earths mine located in Greenland and the Wolfsberg lithium project in Austria are the driving force behind the merger. The deal comes two years after European Lithium carved out its flagship asset, Wolfsberg, into a special purpose acquisition vehicle, dubbed Sizzle, which became Critical Metals Corp. The duo on April 20 received government approvals to own 100 per cent of Tanbreez – 92.5 per cent with the Nasdaq-listed entity and 7.5 per cent via the ASX-listed one – just weeks after posting bullish drilling results. Ist etwas komplizierter. CRML wäre der eigentliche Käufer von Velta und somit die Muttergesellschaft. EUL der Vermittler. Hier muss man gedanklich eine Stufe höher schauen. Damit würde CRML das Titan dem Pentagon auf einen Silbertablett servieren. Was braucht ein F35 Jet außer seltenen Erden noch? Richtig Titan! CRML wäre damit der Material Produzent für die Rüstungsindustrie. Aber nichts genaues weiß man nicht!
