Woher hast du den 100 zu 10 Tausch?

Also wenn man 100 Curetis Aktien hat erhält man ca. 10 neue Opgen Aktien. Bei aktuellen Kursen werden dann aus 112 Euro gerade mal 28 Euro. Ein herber Verlust, sollte nach dem Zusammenschluss der Kurs nicht nach oben anziehen. Der Opgenkurs müsste sich ja vervierfachen damit man wieder bei Null rauskommt. Sollte sicherlich drin sein, fragt sich nur wie lange das dauern wird.

Just three things vorab... (OPGN Stock Beteiligung von Curetis bezogen)...before next weeks OPGN financials:- 1) Between March 16, 2020 and March 17, 2020, OpGen, Inc, (the “Company”) issued 2,310,000 shares of common stock (“Common Stock”) pursuant to the exercise of outstanding warrants to purchase Common Stock for gross proceeds of approximately $4.6 million. As a result of such warrant exercises, upon closing of the previously announced business combination with Curetis GmbH, Curetis N.V. will now own approximately 18.4% of the Company’s Common Stock, assuming that OpGen does not issue additional shares before the closing. 2) Curetis ist aktuell 29 Mio € wert und erhält dafür 2.66 Mio OPGN aktien (das hat einen aktuellen wert von ca 8.2 Mio $) 3. Es gibt insgesamt 26,28 Mio Curetis Aktien und noch ein Wandlungsrecht von Yorkville Advisors. Curetis N.V. erhält bei dem deal 2.66 Mio OPGN Aktien, die sie an die curetis aktionäre weiterreichen (Ein teil davon geht auch an Yorkville securities (die Zwischenfinanzierer). 4) Last, but not least, dieses...(sehr Finanzlastig) ..aber wichtig bzgl. der "Aktionübertrag" Under the Implementation Agreement, the Company has agreed to issue, as the sole consideration, 2,662,564 shares of common stock, less the number of shares of common stock the issuance of which shall be reserved by the Company in connection with (a) its assumption of the 2016 Stock Option Plan, (b) any future issuance of shares of common stock under the PSOP, and (c) shares of common stock reserved for future issuance upon the conversion, if any, of the Curetis Convertible Notes, or together, the Consideration. The number of shares of common stock to be reserved for the deductions described above are based on a conversion ratio of 0.0959, which is the ratio of the Consideration as contrasted with the number of ordinary shares of Curetis N.V. on a fully diluted basis. Under the Implementation Agreement, the Company has agreed to issue, as the sole consideration, 2,662,564 shares of common stock, less the number of shares of common stock the issuance of which shall be reserved by the Company for future issuance in connection with (a) up to 135,421 shares of OpGen common stock reserved for its assumption of the 2016 Stock Option Plan, and (b) up to 500,000 shares of OpGen common stock reserved for future issuance upon the conversion of certain of the Curetis Convertible Notes, or together, the Consideration. The number of shares of common stock to be reserved for the deductions described above are based on a conversion ratio of 0.0959, which is the ratio of the Consideration as contrasted with the number of ordinary shares of Curetis N.V. on a fully diluted basis. If issued as of the date of this prospectus, the number of shares representing the Consideration would equal 32.3% of the outstanding shares of OpGen common stock. The number of shares of OpGen common stock to be issued to Curetis N.V. is fixed, therefore, the percentage ownership of the Company as of the date of closing will be different. @Tom, wird sich zeigen 🤞📈😎 P.S. 40 Mio Einwohner gibt's in Kalifornien, 25 Mio davon werden ( hochgerechnet von der WHO) der Coronavirus ausgesetzt...der Bronx in N.Y. hat alleine als Satelliten stadtte 4200 bestätige Fälle jetzt schon... Ich wünsche es mir wahrlich nicht, aber bald werde die Alarmglocken schlagen stateside... enter OPGN ( auch mit pneumonia Test im Kit drin)

Ich glaube auch daran, dass wir aus dieser Krise sehr viel lernen und das vor allem das Gesundheitswesen wieder einen höheren Stellenwert erhält. Schnelldiagnosen werden für alle Arten von Krankheiten benötigt. Bin hier weiterhin hoch investiert und im Minus. Mittelfristig wird sich der Wert sicher vervielfachen. Das Markting und die Präsenz durch news wird immer wichtiger. Ich hoffe, dass ich dem CEO Deutschland das etwas ins Bewusstsein rücken konnte

Danke Swissstock für deine Mühe! ...ganz klar könnte Schacht nichts sagen zurzeit:-, diebaldige Fusion mit OPGN (kommt quasi Auflösung seiner Gesellschaft gleich), noch fehlende Quorum stimmen ( nur 68k jetzt), Bilanz Zahlen am 24.03 stateside usw Seine Hände sind "vorübergehend" gebunden

Tom54, gemach, gemach, das wird.. (bei beiden) weil folgendes.... Auch nach überstandener Corona-Krise werden die Staaten eventuellen Epidemien oder Pandemien äußerst vorsichtig gegenübertreten und möchten gewappnet sein. Enter curetis (EU), OPGN ( US). 48 Tests in einem Kit, watch wie der Bedarf hierfür leider bald exponienziell ansteigen wird.

Ich hab auch beide (Curetis und Opgen), halte long. Mir bleibt auch nicht viel übrig bei meinem EK.!😎

Ich will nicht mit verlust verkaufen und warte mal ab, die aktien können ja nicht einfach vernichtet werden, ich hoffe auf einen guten übertrag und halte lange, denke wenn die dann steigen, dann richtig.
