Ich vermute sehr stark das Spahn noch in dieser Woche rausgeworfen wird... Maskenskandal, Impfen, Testen.. Immer sind die anderen schuld 😠... Nun sein Versagen auch noch CureVac in den Mittelpunkt zu stehen. Ich gkaube nicht das sich das CureVac gefallen lässt.... Da wird im Hintergrund sicherlich schon heftig diskutiert... Curevac wird sich äußern, kurzfristig und an seinem Plan festhalten. Dafür spricht der Kurs.. Der am Ende relativ mit einem blauen Auge einigermaßen noch stabil ist..

Der hat das richtig gemacht, er muss ja informieren.. Curevac hat alles bis jetzt falsch gemacht, wie kein Info. Oder das ist so gewollt von denen.

They dont need lawyers for SEC because that have acted in compliance - adhered to regulation and had governance. they know this- and if you think SEC will let some politician off- your mistaken . Es gibt bald einen neuen Gesundheitsminister. Obwohl Herr Spahn nicht direkt verantwortlich für CV gemacht werden kann. Er redet nur zuviel, ohne wirklich zu überlegen. 😉

To be honest: I thought that the only endangered person is the one who publishes the information - and if he is not part of the company, he's out. But I completely disregarded the fact that CV might be liable for this leakage. You're right: there might come the time when they need bloody good laywers do defend themselves and to survive this "lapsus".

@Jane ganz deiner Meinung...und diese (Un)Art der Kommunikation ist vielen ein Dorn um Auge - mir schon länger. Aber mein Fokus lag und liegt auf Biontech, daher sehr lange "einfach hingenommen". N8 zusammen, weren glaub turbulente Tage diese Woche.

Allerdings finde ich es eine Katastrophe für die Anleger, dass Spahn., sofern die News stimmen. solche Infos scheinbar vorab hat und sie auch noch breit tritt.

Other key point- and it will be published 100%- Pfizer interferedwitha clinic in Argentina who were paid for conduction the trials- Pfizer paid the clinic to offer volunteers the Pfizer vaccine who were on the trial- that action will result in investigations as it halted the Trial at this onme clinic in Argentina- Now if you consider that fact that people volunteer for a trail- they get the advantage of the vaccine and those on the placebo get the vaccine once authorised first- you may see the problem. What Pfizer have done with an Argentine clinic is not only illegal in my opinion- it can have the effect of the funding to companys who conduct trails. Maybe look at what Germany and the EU put forward in grants- loans to curevac for this. Curevac will be in there rights to hold those to account. This type of behavior is rife with American Pharma companys. Das hängt auch alles dran, was die machen, die heute Ein- oder Ausstieg verpasst haben. Und von einem Statement von Curevac. Solange es keine offiiziellen Verlautbarungen gibt, bleibe ich mal an der Seitenlinie.

Das Vertrauen zum Unternehmen ist erstmal dahin. Sehr merkwürdige Unternehmenspolitik mit miserabler Kommunikation nach aussen. Ich hoffe Curevac bekommt das noch einigermaßen hingebogen
