Irgendwie ist mir nicht klar, weshalb Danaher nicht mit einem anteiligen Abschlag auf den Ausgabekurs gehandelt wird. wer kauft dann jetzt, ist doch klar dass das sinken muss.

Bei Yahoo wird die mit einer Tagesspanne von 84,50$-86,99$ bzw einer 52W-Spanne vonn 77,25$-87,50$ angegeben. Das passt auch gut zu dem 1:3 Verhältnis bei der Ausgabe an die Aktionäre. D.h. Danaher dürfte dann ab nächste Woche bei rund 165$ notieren

Was ist passiert..... !? Warum geht es so weit runter.... !?

Bei einem Spin-off sinkt der Kurs der Mutteraktien, da die Tochter nicht mehr zum Konzern gehört und der Konzern damit an Wert verliert. Die Frage ist nun, um wieviel Danaher abgeben wird, eine Range von 30-60$ ist denkbar. Meinungen?
