Danke für Deine schnelle Antwort. Ja so sehe ich das auch. Es bleibt weiterhin spannend. Ich selber habe einen Artikel der Namibischen Zeitung gelesen wo Herr T. J sagt, dass sie planen Anfang 2020 zu produzieren. Ja wenn das alles so kommt?????

Im Prinzip hat sich doch nichts geändert. Sie melden wie erwartet einen Verlust. Das Problem war oder ist das sie, glaub ich, fast 6 Monate (können auch weniger sein) das Werk stillgelegt haben um auf die PEA zu warten. In der Zeit fehlen natürlich ca. 20 000 Tonnen Lithium wodurch die Bilanz besser ausgesehen hätte. Wenn sie jetzt das Geld (275 Mio$) für das Werk voll auftreiben um Batteriekonzentrat herzustellen sieht es gut aus. In dem Segment sind sie anderen Herstellern deutlich voraus, European Lithium plant zum Beispiel erst 2021 die Produktionsaufnahme. Und wenn die anderen Landpakete genug Lithium enthalten, wird hier viel Geld verdient.

(TSXV: DLI) (OTCQB: DSLEF) (“Desert Lion” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, in connection with its press release dated January 14, 2019, in which the Company announced it had entered into agreements to settle $2,572,890.90 of its outstanding cash indebtedness for the issuance of 14,221,914 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"), it intends to issue an aggregate of 16,655,542 Common Shares at an effective price per share of $0.196 in payment of $3,272,569.99 of its outstanding indebtedness owed to various creditors, including for interest due and payable under the Company's secured notes due December 7, 2020. For clarity, the $3,272,569.99 includes the $2,572,890.90 referred to in the press release dated January 14, 2019. In accordance with applicable securities laws, the Common Shares issued will be subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of completion of the debt settlement.

Danke Schorsch für diesen Eintrag. Ist ein sehr interessanter Artikel. Ich denke ich bin froh dass ich damals nicht verkauft, sondern nachgekauft habe. Ist zwar immer noch riskant, aber was ist schon sicher im Leben.

Warum auch immer ist der Artikel heute schon verfügbar, hier ein Auszug des Artikels mit Bezug auf 2019: 2019: Returning to production “We now have a highly advanced property and our focus has returned to the original phase 2 plan of delivering a high grade concentrate production before going to phase 3, lithium carbonate production.” Desert Lion Energy commenced with the construction of a flotation plant in July 2018 and although put on hold during the restructure process should pick up activity shortly to enable it to meet its production start-up date. At this stage Desert Lion Energy is looking to produce (as an initial phase) about 100 000 tpa of product, of which about 85 000 tpa will be lepidolite concentrate and the balance petalite concentrate as well as a small amount of tantalum concentrate. “Our goal is to complete construction of the new concentration plant early 2020 subject to financing and them ramp this plant up in the first half of 2020.” The maiden resource focuses on production from the historic Rubicon and Helikon mines and equates to an eight-year lifespan. The company has however also identified over 30 new lithium-bearing pegmatites in the region and is in the process of collecting soil samples in these areas to prioritise specific targets for drilling. Expanding the resource and then extending the project’s lifespan is a priority for the year – being conducted while the company is finalising its strategic partnerships. Hallo wollte mich mal wieder melden. Wie seht ihr Zurzeit den aktuellen Stand bei DLI. Habt Ihr zufällig auch gehört oder gelesen dass F&M nicht mehr bei DLI vertreten ist. Wäre gut. So könnte AIP evtl. mehr (positiven Einfluss) ausüben. Wie seht ihr die kommenden Monate? Evtl Verkauf des Haldenmaterials. Kurs zieht ja Zurzeit an. Wenn hier noch jemand investiert ist, bitte gerne melden. An den deutschen Börsen wird DLI kaum gehandelt. In Kanada um so mehr.
