Das Unternehmen verkaufte die Aktien im Block, wobei der Preis am unteren Ende der Spanne zwischen 224 und 228 US-Dollar lag. Mit dem Geld will der Konzern seine hohen Investitionen in KI finanzieren. Softbank erwägt, bis zu 30 Milliarden US-Dollar in OpenAI – das Unternehmen hinter dem Chatbot ChaptGPT – zu investieren und arbeitet mit dem Unternehmen zusammen, um Hunderte Milliarden Dollar in KI-Rechenzentren zu pumpen.
