Und Börsianer, er hält massiv Anteile an Bico, also ist das auch alles gerade sein Geld was den Bach runtergeht und ihn „Ärmer“ macht. Der miese Umsatz war ja vor allem Lieferkettenproblemen und Corona zuzuschreiben. Jetzt kann man positiv überraschen. Vielleicht sogar mit einem Gewinn.

Ja kann sein dass die Gesetze in Deutschland strenger sind als in Österreich. Unser Chef zb. kauft auch immer wieder Aktien. Ich bin sowieso Long von Anfang an weil ich auch an dieses Unternehmen glaube aber bin jetzt halt vorsichtiger beim Nachkaufen.

Aber wie dumm wäre Eric Gatenholm 2mio Euro an Aktien zu kaufen ohne sicher zu sein, dass die Umsätze überzeugen werden... und dabei muss man auch noch im Hinterkopf behalten, dass er bei einem Preis von knapp 27euro pro Aktie zugeschlagen hat und sich bei dem Preis schon dachte, dass das ein günstiger einstiegspreis ist. Dass die Aktie vermutlich durch wirtschaft und Politik noch weiter unter die Räder kommen würde, hat er scheinbar nicht gedacht. Aber im grossen und ganzen zeigt das ja nur dass der CEO selbst der Meinung ist, dass der aktuelle Preis nicht den Wert von Bico widerspiegelt. Und er wird die meiste Ahnung von seinem Unternehmen haben

ich meine man darf als angestellter keine Aktien kaufen... also Aktien vergütet bekommen ja, aber selber kaufen nein. Weil man weiß ja schon, ob das Unternehmen gut läuft mit vielen Aufträgen oder nicht. Hab einen Kollegen der ein hohes Tier bei VW ist, der darf auch keine kaufen.

Würde das jetzt nicht als Insiderhandel sehen weil unser CEO immer wieder betont dass er dann mit besseren Zahlen rechnet, ob man ihm dann als Außenstehender glaubt ist jedem selber überlassen.

Wobei ich mich echt frage, wer bei solchen Kursen verkauft... die Unternehmen, die mit Aktien gekauft wurden, wären ja auch total dämlich, wenn die verkaufen.. mich stimmt aber positiv, dass bico bei vielen Akquisitionen Aktien rausgegeben hat, dann müssen die Unternehmen sehr überzeugt gewesen sein von der Zukunftsvision und das ihre Aktien in Zukunft sehr viel mehr wert sein werden.

Ist das dann nicht Insiderhandel Perpee?

Mich würde interessieren ob es in letzter Zeit Insiderkäufe gab? Weil bei unserem Unternehmen ist es so dass die Mitarbeiter genau wissen dass gute Quartalszahlen veröffentlicht werden und sie dementsprechend schon im Vorhinein kräftig kaufen. Der Kurs steigt dann auch schon vor der Veröffentlichung aufgrund der Käufe. Hier fallen aber die Kurse obwohl bald gute Zahlen erwartet werden bin noch skeptisch und warte lieber noch ab bevor ich wieder nachkaufe.

Denke, dass der Markt heute auch wegen der Besprechung der EZB so unter die Räder kommt

Denke bis zum 23.2. müssen wir einfach nur hoffen dass die Aktie nicht noch mehr in den Keller rauscht. Die Zahlen werden wieder sehr positiv überraschen und den Aufwärtstrend dann endlich starten.

Ich bleib bei meiner These das wir nicht unter 16-17€ gehen werden
