"The issue of 7,821,742 Performance Options to employees, each option shall vest on and from the earlier of the date the
Company achieves $300 million, $400 million and $500 million revenue (or cash receipts). The staggered targets have a
two-stage vesting schedule attaching to each target (50 percent at achievement of milestone and 50 percent 12 months
later). Performance Options are issued as an incentive to key personnel, to further align employee and shareholder
objectives. The Performance Options form part of the Company's compensation structure, enabling the attraction and
retention of talent, which underpins the growth of the Company"
