Also bei Firmen wie Telekom oder Siemens ist das auch gängige Praxis. Ich verstehe nicht, wieso es hier im Forum immer so hohe Wellen schlägt.
Ich sehe es eher positiv, denn so bleibt die Motivation für die Mitarbeiter hoch das schnelle und starke Wachstum aufrecht zu erhalten. Und nur dafür sind hier vermutlich die meisten investiert.

"The issue of 7,821,742 Performance Options to employees, each option shall vest on and from the earlier of the date the
