..und ja ich verstehe die Neuemission als verwässerung, wenigstens geben sie diese bei 0.80 raus. Letztesmal war glaublich bei 0.50

Witzig ist auch, am Schluss des Artikels, ich übersetze: Die Gesellschaft kann im Zusammenhang mit der beabsichtigten Transaktion Vermittlungsgebühren oder Vermittlungsprovisionen an berechtigte Drittparteien zahlen. Da werden sich also auch noch irgendwelche Drittpersonen dran bereichern 😂
