(CSE: GNR) (“Gener8” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that on September 30, 2014 it closed another round of its brokered private placement (the “Financing”). This round of the Financing, previously announced in a press release dated September 16, 2014, consists of the issuance of 822,500 Units at a price of $0.75 per Unit for gross proceeds of $616,875, for a total issuance to date from the Financing of 1,984,000 Units for gross proceeds of $1,488,000. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $1.00 until March 31, 2016. In connection with this round of the Financing, the Company paid Canaccord Genuity Corp. aggregate cash commissions of approximately $43,181, issued an aggregate of 57,575 agent’s warrants, plus 13,711 common shares and 6,855 agent’s warrants representing the corporate finance fee. Each agent warrant is exercisable into one common share at a price of $1.00 per common share until March 31, 2016. Proceeds from the Financing are expected to be used for general working capital expenditures across all business units of the Company including Cumul8, Reelhouse and the 3D studio. All securities issued in connection with this round of the Financing are subject to a four-month resale restriction expiring January 31, 2015. Subscriptions continue to be received by the Company, and a final round in connection with the Financing will be completed on or before October 31, 2014.
