Novo Nordisk’s $NVO CagriSema MISSED its primary endpoint in the open-label REDEFINE 4 head-to-head vs Lilly’s $LLY Zepbound (tirzepatide) at 84 weeks.
Weight loss was 23.0% with CagriSema vs 25.5% with tirzepatide on the “adhered to treatment” view, and 20.2% vs 23.6% on the treatment-regimen estimand (809 patients).
