Hier die Mitteilung: All shareholders of record as of Jan. 20, 2022 will receive one share of CEG for every 3 shares of EXC owned. So, the stock price dropped in recognition of some of the assets now being owned by the CEG shareholders, but EXC shareholders are made whole by virtue of now becoming CEG shareholders as well.

Ich hatte gestern Kontakt zur IR Abteilung von Exelon. Es gibt pro 3 Exelon Aktien eine neue Constellation Energy Aktie (A3DCXB / US21037T1097 dazu. Bei mir im Depot ist es schon eingebucht aber ohne Wert. Das kann noch einen Moment dauern. Ist quasi der finanzielle Ausgleich für die Kursänderung nach Trennung.
