Guter kurzer Researchbericht aus der australischen FB Partnergruppe: Research Report #1: NLI.AX ('Novo') Share price = $0.05, Market cap = $18.52M AUD Novo Litio is a lithium exploration company in Europe. I will start this report on why I believe the company is undervalued and will create my estimated fair value ('FV') at end of this report. Cash (end June quarter) = $14.4M Plus: Cash (sale of PLS shares) = $4.8M Less: Estimated quarter costs of Q1 = $0.94M Cash (end September quarter) = $18.26M AUD Using these calculations, it shows that an enterprise value of $0.26M for the entire company. (EV = $0.26M) Today on the ASX, the conservative enterprise value for an ASX exploration company that has NOT proved good drilling results is approximately $10M. However, a company that has proven results is at approximately $20M. (Using CXO as a comparison as it was trading at $30M+ enterprise value after showing Grants results but Sepeda has shown stronger results!) However, a tiny risk is that Novo faces currency rate risk and may need to use hedging/derivatives in the future to mitigate this risk. (AUD/EUR) There is little to no sovereign risk because the exploration is in Europe. The company also faces a legal case but I don't think that this is a big risk. Even if Novo loses the legal case which is very unlikely after the KDR/MZN dilemma, the company is trading at it's cash levels. (FV share price of $0.049) Assuming the legal case succeeds for Novo which is likely, the company should be trading at an enterprise valuation of $20M or a market cap of $38.26M. This indicates that the Fair Value share price $0.103 Hence, there is small downside risk vs the huge upside that Novo can demonstrate over the short/medium term! Disclosure: Not Held

Nungut NLI hat einen Gewinn damit gemacht, besser als wenn sich die 3 Millionen verringert hätten. Aber warum haben sie nicht die Geduld, etwas abzuwarten, hätten ja auch erstmal nur einen Teil verkaufen können.

Es sieht ja jetzt nicht danach aus, als ob Pilbara abstürzen würde, insofern ist der Verkauf nach dem kleinsten Anstieg, als zu voreilig einzustufen.

Mir ging es eher darum deutlich zu machen, das NLI ein schlechtes Timing hat und die Lage völlig falsch eingeschätzt hat. Schau mal hätte NLI nur 4 Tage später verkauft...ja hätte hätte

Pilbara verdoppelt sich also bis Ende des Monats?

Pilbara Shares viel zu früh verkauft, trotzdem 1,8 Mil. Gewinn, aber es könnte viel mehr sein. 7.577.671 0,396 (15.08.2017) = 3 Millionen 0,632 (02.10.2017) = 4,8 Millionen 0,78 (06.10.2017) = 5,9 Millionen 1,5 (31.10.2017) = 11,3 Millionen Much too early sold. The profits would be much higher if sold only 4 days later. Bad timing. But 4.8 million are better than 3 million. But why was sold exactly at the increase, NLI, should nevertheless be able to assess the situation, are nevertheless the same fachthema and also professional in the lithium range.
