(CSE:FIOR) (OTCQB:FIORF) (“Fiore” or the “Company”) today provided an update regarding its Apex cannabis cultivation and production facility in Las Vegas. The Company successfully renewed its cannabis cultivation licenses for the facility on September 27, 2022 with the licenses extending out to June 28, 2023.  The license renewals are vital as the Las Vegas facility serves a growing high-demand market that includes significant tourism traffic. Fiore has developed strong relationships with the Nevada retail distribution market as Fiore’s award-winning, high-THC organic cannabis products are highly sought after. Announcements from the U.S. government this week signify a trend towards legalizing cannabis on a federal basis with resulting benefits to cannabis markets across the U.S. including Nevada.   “We are very actively seeking additional funding and specifically working capital at this time,” said Marcel LeBlanc, Interim CEO and a Director of Fiore Cannabis. “Our CFO Kevin Cornish has been leading these efforts and meeting with investors and financial parties who could help us recapitalize and specifically get our crown jewel facility in Las Vegas to be operational and delivering financial results in the first quarter of 2023.” The Company intends to continue exploring various financing and sale/leaseback options in order to secure the capital needed to fully operationalize the Las Vegas facility, clean up the balance sheet and retire outstanding debts.

Geht mit der Aktie überhaupt noch etwas? Es gibt überhaupt keine News mehr. Der Kurs sinkt auch immer weiter. Hätte ich vor fünf Jahren blos die Finger davon gelassen. Aber Lehrgeld zahlt ja gewöhnlich jeder.

So Männers, mein SL bei einem Cent hat gegriffen. Denke mit der Verlustverrechnung mache/spare ich mehr Kohle als ich mit Fiore in den nächsten 10 Jahren gewinne. Damit endete für mich eine Ära. Der "Austausch" in dem Marapharm Forum der letzten Jahre ist unbezahlbar. Was sind da ein paar Tausend Euro Verlust. 🤘😎 Tschö, ihr Lachse.
