According to a recent press report, the former management members of Liht Cannabis were actively involved in a stock scheme by the Bridgemark Group and they are all being sued now. The lawsuit seeks damages for unlawful conspiracy, secondary market misrepresentations and fraud, or disgorgement of the benefit the defendants obtained as a result of the scheme. Although these people aren't part of Citation Growth anymore, the financial & reputational damages done to the company are severe as one can easily notice by taking a look at the huge share price losses in the last few days. "As you are aware, the is an on going criminal and securities investigation that is ongoing. Th company (Citation Growth) is still conducting our own internal investigation. We have plenty of time to sue people, and we are awaiting these investigations to conclude so that we can understand what occurred and whom to place blame on. Will the company sue Bridgemark Group for their fraudulent pump and dump actions and their willful violation of their consultant duties? Which concrete actions will be taken to gain (back) the interest and trust of current and potential new investors? We have free and clear real estate assets that we can mortgage, we have some equity financings lined up for September and October as well as with ACC acquisition closing, we also have a good amount of revenue streams coming on *** that we can build off of." 6. Will this endanger the planned integration of ACC in any way? " We expect the ACC Group acquisition to close on July 31st, 2019. The lawsuit that has been filed was filed by 2 investor that did NOT hold shares in Marapharm / Liht / Citation. Its is blanket lawsuit that includes ANYONE that was named in the BCSC investigation. The BCSC has concluded the investigation against Citation and we, as a company, have been released of any wrongdoing. Therefore, there is no effect on the ACC acquisition closing." 7. Will there be further personal consequences? " The company, Citation Growth, has been release of any wrongdoing, we are unaware if there will be any personal consequences to any individuals as the investigation is still ongoing. Any consequences on any individuals, if there are any, will be announced by the BCSC and will likely be published in the news. We will try and keep our shareholders in the loop as soon as we are *** aware of any situations that arise." Eine Nachricht is besser als keine Nachricht. Ne Nachricht über Kanada hätte ich überhaupt nicht mehr erwartet. Und zu den 42 Kilo....rückblickend auf den Zeitraum und die Angabe von 2 Monaten und 2 Dispensarys, is das glaube ich mehr darauf bezogen, dass das Produkt nachgefragt wird. Es klingt auf jeden Fall nicht schlecht. 42000 g durch 60 Tage, sind das 700g, die jeden Tag verkauft wurden. Gehen wir von 10g pro Kauf aus, heisst das 70 Mal am Tag wurde Fiore nachgefragt. Not Bad. Würden Sie es in 20 Apotheken verticken, wäre es ne halbe Tonne in 2 Monaten oder 3 Tonnen pro Jahr. Wie die Großhandelspreise sind weiß ich mich, aber sie haben es ja immer mit High Quality beworben. 1 g kostet in Vegas 18 Dollar. Umsatz is da. Lass es 4-5 USD je g sein. Immerhin 200.000 USD bei den 42 Kilos. Bleibt es dabei, dann sind wir bei 1.2 Mio Umsatz. In Kanada sind die 4 Dollar B2B-Preise. Vielleicht bleibt etwas mehr oder weniger hängen.
