Das französische Unternehmen Atos ist letzte Jahr eine Partnerschaft mit ACUD eingegangen und hat ein neues Joint Venture mit einem Anfangskapital von 250 Millionen ägyptischen Pfund gegründet. Das JV Unternehmen wird für die Verwaltung und den Betrieb intelligenter Dienste in der neuen Verwaltungshauptstadt Ägyptens verantwortlich sein. ACUD hat eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung von 51 % an dem Joint Venture, während Attos die restlichen 49 % hält. Das Joint Venture zielt darauf ab, alle IT-Operationen und intelligenten Lösungen zu verwalten und die technologische Infrastruktur in der neuen Verwaltungshauptstadt zu verbessern.
