The U.S. just slapped a 3,521% duty on some solar goods from Cambodia—meaning import duties are more than 35 times the cost of the product itself. That was the steepest levy imposed after a probe into the solar industries of four Southeast Asian countries, namely Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
