Hier müssen wir etwas tiefer in die Thematik rein. Das Bitcoin-Prinzip basiert eigentlich nur darauf dass Transaktionen in Blöcke zusammengefasst werden und diese aneinandergereiht werden. Für diesen Prozess wird eine hohe Rechenleistung benötigt (Energie, Wartung, Anschaffung, etc.) und diese werden am Ende nach Erzeugung des Blockes durch Bitcoins honoriert. Der Schwierigkeitsgrad bei der Erzeugung steigt aber zunehmend und die Belohnung wird verringert, dies ist ein eingebauter Schutzmechanismus um der zunehmenden Rechenleistung entgegen zu wirken. Deshalb steigen auch die Herstellkosten pro Bitcoin immer mehr und deswegen sind weniger bekannte Kryptowährungen besser. Ihr Preis oder Wert ist zwar deutlich geringer als der vom Bitcoin aber auch der Aufwand bei der Erzeugung. Bei der Herstellung von Bitcoins darf man nicht nur die reine Energiekosten betrachten, sondern auch die Hardwarekosten und die Wartungskosten. Die Miner laufen immer am Anschlag und sind nach 1 Jahr verschlissen und veraltet. FORK hat sich deswegen auf die kleineren Nebencoins konzentriert und das betreiben von Service- und Masternodes bei anderen Blockchainprojekten, weil hier die "veraltete" Technik noch locker ausreicht. Ein paar Bitcoins werden noch über Pools (wie Coinstream) gemint, aber sie sind nicht mehr das Hauptgeschäft. Wenn sich die Herstellung nicht mehr lohnt warum denn auf kleinere Bitcoins? Energie brauchen die doch genauso. Und wenn ich es noch richtig in Erinnerung habe schürfen wir in Kanada wo die Erstellung doch billiger ist. Was habe ich etwas verpasst?

FORK schürft keine Bitcoins mehr, weil es sich nicht mehr lohnt. Sie gaben sich auf kleinere Kryptowährungen konzentriert. Die Herstellkosten pro Bitcoin liegen bei ca. 6000$ und werden sich vermutlich nächstes Jahr verdoppeln, wenn sich die Bitcoinrate halbiert (Bonus für die Erstellung eines Blockes).

Für uns heißt es gar nichts. Für FORK bedeutet es das sie bis zu 3 000 000 MVU-Token bekommen wenn von den 20 000 000 MVU mind. 12 500 000 verkauft werden. Nimmt man 0,12$ als Preis an sind es 360 000$ in Token. Zusätzlich erhält FORK einen Bonus wenn sie neue Investoren anlocken.

Der Deal klingt erstmal nicht so schlecht. Die Rechte an Laser werden gegen 25% an Cannadex verkauft und gleichzeitig darf FORK Laser weiterhin verwenden. Ein Deal ganz ohne neue Aktien. Ist mal ein ganz neues Gefühl. Jamaa hat mittlerweile 45 000 Nutzer, also auch noch viel Luft nach oben.
