Der Markt hat sicherlich erwartet, daß es Bombenzahlen gibt oder daß das Südafrikageschäft geklappt hat. Ich glaube, daß das Unternehmen den Wert hat den jetzt die Kurse zeigen, aber kurstechnisch würde es mich wundern, wenn der Kurs weiter steigt. Die mit Erfahrung wissen: In der Folge werden die neuen Aktien per Eisbergbestellungen abverkauft. Das mit den 0,02 € scheint mir realistisch. Was das geschluckte Unternehmen wert ist kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Das kann ich leider nicht sagen, aber vielleicht hilft Dir/euch ein bisschen meine Erfahrung weiter. Als erstes googelt das Unternehmen und macht euch über die historie schlau, bisher war die aufgekauften Unternehmen leider erst ein paar Monate vor dem Kauf überhaupt entstanden - wenig bis nichts bekannt (keine Sorge, dass ist ja auch das Ziel von GCC - früh einsteigen) Was mich ein wenig enttäuscht, wieder LOI und wieder Aktien im Wechsel. Davor waren es jedoch so ca 20 Mio Aktien und diesmal 100 Mio, dass ist nochmal eine ganz andere hausnummer. Lässt vermuten, dass das Unternehmen deutlich mehr Wert hat. Ich bin halt sehr vorsichtig und mit kleinen Gewinn raus und gehe auch nicht wieder rein. Vlt wenn der Kurs wieder bei 0,02 ist
