Genau man brauch halt Geduld aber bis Ende des Jahres könnten hier durchaus 1 -1,5 Euro drin sein. Meine Meinung.

@Danghel ich persönlich empfinde das als sehr gut! Wie Wanne schreibt, institutionelle Investoren trauen High Tide offensichtlich viel zu, denn die steigen nicht ein um dann Geld zu verlieren. Die wollen mitschneiden. Es ist bei den Zahlen und den Plänen kein Geheimnis mehr, dass High Tide ein mega Geschäft machen wird. Meine Meinung.

DomDomp3: Hab i aus einer anderen gruppe gestohlen. Ist halt englisch! Let me clear out some confusion over public offering and institution bought-out deals. A public offering is considered negative because a company raises capital by issuing new shares to the EXISTING investors base (the public) in exchange for capital, it will dilute the stock and decrease the value of a stock since there will be more shares on the float available for trading on the open market without the inflow of NEW capital from NEW investors. This types of offering is considered negative as it raises capital by draining out existing shareholders and their stock value because there is no inflow of new cash to the market for the stock, but rather, it is cashing out money from its stock, hence the decrease in the market value of a stock. An institution bought-out deal, on the other hand, is considered positive because a company raises its needed capital by issuing shares to a specific investor who is willing to provide an inflow of NEW cash ( **** million dollars in our case). That new money will come directly to the company balance sheet, and at a same ****, that new shares will NOT be added to the float and will not be available to trade in the open market since it will be locked in until a specific date determined in the contract. In this case, the company is not issuing new shares to an already existing investors base, but rather to new incoming institution investors who, in exchange for their **** million dollars, will now be a large shareholder of the company. A public offering diluting current shareholders value by issuing more share to the float without broadening investors base, whereas an institution bought out deal increase shareholders value by bringing in new institution investors, broadening out investors base, without adding a single share to the float since those new shares will not be available in open market for the general public to trade. Most of the **** small cap companies choose to do the public offering because they are unable to find any institution willing to do a bought-out deal. Only financially sound company is able to do bought-out deal with institution!!!! So this is a highly positive news, not a bad news by any means!!!!
