It will be interesting to see whether anything is announced before the U.S. market opens. If not, the question is how both stocks react once U.S. trading begins. So far, the story is based on a single report citing “people familiar with the matter.” Nothing concrete has been confirmed.
Aber allein, dass genau heute die Klage fallen gelassen wurde, deutet schon daraufhin, dass entweder ein Deal getätigt wurde oder aber kurz vorm Abschluss steht.
Alles andere macht aus meiner Sicht gar keinen Sinn.

ich glaube auch nicht, dass hier heute noch das ultimative kursfeuerwerk zündet, selbst mit news.. das wird entweder über die kommenden tage weiterlaufen oder erstmal wieder kurz zurückgehen, bis die ersten analysten ihre kursziele wieder anheben und institute zukaufen.
