SOMETHING MANY HAVE MISSED - OR CHOSEN TO IGNORE - SINCE $NVO DROPPED ITS NASTY PRESS RELEASE MONDAY MORNING:
1. Novo did NOT accuse $HIMS of using illegal APIs
2. Novo did NOT claim $HIMS is endangering patients
3. Novo DID make broad claims about some compounders using “illicit” Chinese ingredients
But by putting $HIMS in the headline, Novo blurred the line -- leading many to assume it was accusing Hims of endangering patients with shady APIs, and damaging the brand by association.

NOVO NORDISK CONTRADICTS ITSELF ON TERMS OF $HIMS DEAL
Tuesday (Bloomberg):
“We had an agreement that the mass compounding would stop… That’s why we ended the partnership.”
Today (Yahoo Finance):
“The agreement did not include any requirement for Hims & Hers to stop selling compounded semaglutide.”

So schnell geht das nicht man muss dem Management schon ein bisschen Zeit geben.
Wenn sie innerhalb von 2 Wochen nicht reagieren, dann geht's abwärts.
Bei UNH hat sich der Kurs vor allem deshalb stabilisiert weil das Management gekauft und eine starke Botschaft an die Öffentlichkeit gesendet hat.
