The Partnership for Safe Medicines, a pharmaceutical industry group, is asking the U.S. FDA to “take action” against a “dangerous” ad that Hims & Hers plans to run during the Super Bowl promoting the use of compounded versions of GLP-1 drugs for combating obesity. The group urges the FDA to withdraw the “deeply troubling” ad, arguing the company failed to follow “FDA guidelines for prescription drug commercials.” The commercial “is blatantly misleading, and poses a substantial risk of harming the approximately 200 million consumers that will see the commercial during Super Bowl LIX. And while this is likely the most egregious example of misleading advertising by compounders, recent academic research highlights that deception is commonplace among those who market compounded weight- loss drugs.4 American consumers deserve better, and we call on FDA to take swift action to prevent Hims & Hers from continuing to mislead the public through further dissemination of its commercial that should comply with prescription drug ad guidelines.”
Die Angst for Hims ist ja riesig. Das zeigt nur wie erfolgreich sie sein werden. Keine Chance das die FDA diese Werbung am Sonntag verbieten kann. Die Gegner pushen damit unbewusst HIMS.

Wenn der Markt auch von dem Potenzial ausgeht, kommt es vermutlich nicht zu größeren Gewinnmitnahmen und “Tests” 🤔

Sonntag erstmal Superbowl, da schaut gefühlt halb USA zu, der Werbespot wird schon gut Aufmerksamkeit bekommen,dann könnte es die nächsten Quartale deutlich höher gehen 🚀

Das ist kein Hype oder mega Euphorie. Diese Aktie ist eine der volatilsten im US Markt überhaupt und trotzdem habe ich kein einziges mal verkauft. Aber wenn so ein Schrott wie Carvana oder Palantir so stark wächst, dann sehe ich bei Hims noch mehr Chancen. Telemedizin ist die Zukunft in vielen Segmenten der Gesundheitssystem.

80% des Ziels wären dann schon erreicht….
Drücken wir uns mal alle die Daumen. 100€ klingen auch nicht schlecht.
Kommen ja dieses Jahr einige Dinge noch hinzu. Muss nur das Wachstum genauso toll bleiben 😊
