Grimaldi hat wohl bereits die 10% Marke überschritten. Ich frage mich, ob das gut oder schlecht ist. Würde eine Übernahme für uns Kleinaktionäre vorteilhaft sein? Würde es einen Squeeze Our geben? Wie viel müsste man mir bieten, dass ich freiwillig verkaufe? Ich habe einen EK von knapp 9. Ich erwarte über die kommenden drei Jahre jeweils 20 bis 30% Dividende. Also müsste man mir schon mindestens 15 Euro bieten
