October 27, 2022 Trading Symbol: IMIN News Release IMIN Provides Bi-Weekly MCTO Status Update Vancouver, British Columbia - iMining Technologies Inc. (TSXV: IMIN) ("iMining" or the "Company") provides a default status report in accordance with the alternative information guidelines set out in National Policy 12-203 - Management Cease Trade Orders ("NP 12- 203”). On September 29, 2022 (the “Original Announcement”), the Company announced that it applied for a management cease trade order ("MCTO") with the applicable securities regulatory authorities in Canada on the basis that the Company would be unable to file its audited annual financial statements for its financial year ended May 31, 2022 and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis and Certifications by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer (collectively, the "Required Filings") by the applicable filing deadline. The MCTO was issued on September 29, 2022, and restricts all trading in securities of the Company, whether direct or indirect, by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company until two full business days following the filing of the Annual Filings and the MCTO has been revoked. The MCTO does not affect the ability of other shareholders of the Company to trade their securities. The Company confirms that since the date of the Original Announcement: (i) other than as described above, there has been no material change to the information set out in that news release that has not been generally disclosed; (ii) there has been no failure by the Company in fulfilling its stated intentions with respect to satisfying the provisions of the alternative information guidelines set out in National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Order (“NP 12-203”); (iii) there has not been any other specified default by the Company under NP 12-203; and (iv) there is no other material information concerning the affairs of the Company that has not been generally disclosed. The Company confirms it will continue to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines set out in NP 12-203 so long as it remains in default of the requirement to file the Required Filings. Wir haben im Moment nix zu verlieren! Hier wäre jeder gerne viel später rein und den Beweis der Ziele muss der CEO noch liefern! Aber bei ca.2,0 Mio MK mit ein paar News sollte hier noch ordentlich was passieren! Wenn wir wieder 20 Mio Wert sind ist das hier schon eine 10 fache Steigerung! Ich glaube dafür brauchen wir auch eine generelle Steigerung im Kryptobereich!

Der einzige Laden der aktuell richtig boomt ist Mullen, hatte ich schon abgeschrieben dann geht da auf einmal die Post ab. Vielleicht gibts ja das Wunder 2 und dasselbe passiert hier in wenigen Tagen oder Wochen. 😎😎

Verdient hätten wir es auf jeden Fall, wo wir durch diese schwere Zeit gegangen sind und trotz hoher Verluste nicht verkauft haben. Daher Daumen drücken👍
