Meine Anfrage und die Antwort dazu In vielen Fällen erhalten wir bei Kapitalmaßnahmen vorübergehend keine Notierungen von unseren Börsen, sodass die Vermögenswerte nicht richtig bewertet werden. Dies kann zu einem Wertverlust in deinem Portfolio führen. In anderen Fällen bietet unser Börsenpartner nach Kapitalmaßnahmen wie Aktiensplits keinen Handel mit bestimmten Instrumenten an.
Ich habe Jaguar angeschrieben und sie bezüglich L&S und der angeblichen abgelehnten Abwicklungserklärung über Clearstream Banking gefragt. Die Antwort: „Thanks for reaching out and for your support of the company’s mission! Jaguar has no involvement with shares sold on the open market through brokers in the US or elsewhere. Jaguar’s stock still trades on Nasdaq under the symbol JAGX, so I’m not sure why your broker is claiming there is an issue. Perhaps someone higher up at the brokerage can help.
