Hab heute eine Antwort auf meine Frage bekommen wann die zwischenergebnisse der crofelemer Phase 3 clinical Trial Studie kommen. Start war Anfang okt. 2020. Jaguar’s October 7, 2020 press release announcing the initiation by Napo Pharmaceuticals of the pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial of crofelemer (Mytesi) for prophylaxis of diarrhea in adult cancer patients receiving targeted therapy (https://jaguarhealth.gcs-web.com/news-releases/news-release-details/jaguar-health-subsidiary-napo-pharmaceuticals-initiates-pivotal) included a link to the page on the clinicaltrials.gov website where additional details about the trial can be viewed (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04538625?intr=crofelemer&draw=2&rank=9). This is an ongoing, multicenter study. As the study overview on clinicaltrials.gov indicates, this study is expected to involve several hundred participants. Patient enrollment is an ongoing process. The estimated completion dates listed on clinicaltrials.gov are based on the need for each patient to quality to participate, then to be enrolled, and then to spend 24 weeks in the trial. To clarify, this study is being undertaken as part of efforts to obtain approval in the US for this indication. All the best, Peter

Aber du weißt ja, wenn man drauf spekuliert oder hofft, klappt es nie. Was soll auch passieren. Ich denke wenn es so ist geht der Kurs hoch und wird gleich abverlangt. Weil die Leute hier die Sch....... voll haben. Zumindestens ein groß Teil. Denkff er ich. Kann anders kommen. Muss aber nicht.
