As previously reported, on September 20, 2023, Kintara Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company was not in compliance with the minimum stockholders’ equity requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under Listing Rule 5550(b) (the “Stockholders’ Equity Requirement”). On November 6, 2023, the Company submitted to the Staff a plan to regain compliance with the Stockholders’ Equity Requirement. On December 4, 2023, the Staff provided notice (the “Notice”) to the Company that it granted an extension of up to 180 days from September 20, 2023, or through March 18, 2024, to regain compliance with the Stockholders’ Equity Requirement, conditioned upon the Company’s achievement of certain milestones included in the plan of compliance previously submitted to the Staff. If the Company fails to evidence compliance upon filing its periodic report for the quarter ending March 31, 2024 by March 18, 2024, it may be subject to delisting. If the Staff determines to delist the Company’s common stock, the Company will have the right to appeal to a Nasdaq hearings panel. There can be no assurance that the Company will regain compliance with the Stockholders’ Equity Requirement during the extension period. The Notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company’s common stock and the Company’s common stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “KTRA,” subject to the Company’s compliance with the other continued listing requirements.

Hier kann mal jemand die ganzen 8k fillings nachlesen vllt versteht da jmd mehr als ich.. aber Verwässerung gab es nur diesen einen Antrag und der sollte durch sein und Rs müssen Bedingungen bis zum 10 Juni erfüllt sein

Es gibt anscheinend noch irgendein anderes Problem das bis März gelöst sein muss, dabei geht es irgendwie um die Bedingungen des nasdaq Capital market aber so 100% versteh ich grade nicht auf die Schnelle was das für eine Bedeutung hat

Aber wenn ich das den fillings richtig entnehme gibt es hier jz 8 Mio Aktien, aber die Verwässerung ist schon abgeschlossen 👍🍀

Es gibt ein filling zwecks Erfüllung der 1$ Bedingung bis Juni also kann man ja abschätzen das es ab April- mai gefährlicher werden könnte, aber da davor noch ein Pump kommen wird in dem wir dann das Schiff verlassen mach ich mir da keine Sorgen

Ich hatte am Freitag auch ne Order bei 0,125$ Wurde ja nichts. Der nächste Anlauf sollte bis 0,18$/0,20$ gehen.Bei guten Nachrichten höher. Ein RS ist zur Zeit noch kein Thema. Es gab bzgl auch kein Filling.

Ja die Verwässerung ist natürlich negativ, aber wenn sie schon seit nem Monat durch ist, ist das 1. positiv und 2. erklärt es den Kursverfall seit einem Monat.. derzeit ist Support bei ,125$ charttechnisch, aber bei Pennys heist das meistens nichts, aber denke der Boden ist allmählich erreicht 👍

Das stimmt. Ich war vorher schon investiert und habe vor zwei Wochen noch mal nach gekauft um EK etwas zu senken. Nur seit dem abwärts. Ich werde noch einmal nach kaufen wenn die 0,11 € steht. Da habe ich eine Order gesetzt. Danach ist Schluss. Habe EK von 0,20€. Kann also auf 0,155 kommen. Naja. Die kommen von weit oben
