Karus Gold Enters Non-Binding Letter of Intent to Be Acquired by Kenadyr Metals November 16, 2022 Karus Gold Corp. (“Karus” or the “Company”), a gold exploration company focused on the South Cariboo Gold District in British Columbia, announces it has signed a non-binding arm’s length Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to be acquired by Kenadyr Metals Corp. (TSX-V: KEN; OTC-MKTS: KNDYF) (“Kenadyr”). Per the LOI, Kenadyr will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Karus (the “Karus Common Shares”) via a Kenadyr issuance of common shares resulting in a reverse takeover by Karus (the “Proposed Transaction”). The resulting issuer will be Kenadyr Metals Corp., a Tier 2 TSX-V listed company. All dollar amounts are Canadian.
Man hat noch nicht einen Moment die Karusaktien besessen schon werden sie einem wieder genommen.
Da bin ich ja mal gespannt ob das alles so funktioniert.

Introducing Kenadyr
Kenadyr Mining is a high-grade gold exploration and development company that has a strategic land package contained within a world class geological setting in the Kyrgyz Republic. @all, überall eo der Name —Sprott—- auftaucht Finger weg. er steigt in einigen Unternehmen meist Pennystocks mit 8 Millionen Dollar ein mit haltefrist 6 Mon. damit pusht er kurz den Kurs dann verkauft er , meist mit Gewinn.

Leider nutzt uns das nix mehr.
Die jungs haben die ganze indinaersache damals komplett unterschätzt. Der Verkauf von Sprott war der Todesstoß.
Ich so als Laie kann nur teilweise nachvollziehen wie man sich als kleiner Explorer an solch schwierige Liegenschaften ranwagen kann.
Karus werden wir auch abschreiben können.

Das Management hat gnadenlos versagt und wird hoffentlich nie wieder ein börsennotiertes Unternehmen führen die würden wahrscheinlich sogar einen Limonadenstand in die Pleite treiben

Sieht hier sehr mau aus...die Kosten und Verpflichtungen in Kalifornien sind 》》》 als vorhersehbare Goldgewinne. Mal sehen wie Karus abschneidet. Ist auch schon mehr als etwas verspätet.
