American food company Kraft Heinz Co. is reportedly near to seal the deal to sell its Planters snack business to Hormel Foods Corp for approximately $3 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.
The reported net sales of Kraft-Heinz’s in its nuts and salted-snacks segment were somewhat under $1 billion in 2019.
Last year, the company agreed to sell a share of its cheese business to France’s Groupe Lactalis SA for $3.2 billion.

Wenn die Gerüchte stimmen, verkauft KH seine Nüsse und könnte nochmal 3mrd machen, wenn sie den (Eichel) Käse dann auch noch für 3mrd verkaufen, können die ihre Schulden gut senken. (Und auch die Beschäftigtenzahlen bei der Käse spate)
Die Abschreibungen werden dann aber sicher nochmal gross sein aber sehe das zur momentanen Markt-Situation als eine gute Idee.

Hab garnicht mitbekommen das da bewertet wird? Sind nur Zahlen und eine Idee von ihm. Und ehrlich gesagt sollte, man sich vor ein Invest immer selber schlau machen ;)
