KRI-KRI Milk Industry has released its financial statements for the first quarter of 2026. Its turnover amounted to €89.90m compared to €66.38m in 2025 (an increase of +35.4%) • EBITDA amounted to €19.73m compared to €10.49m in 2025, • Profit before tax amounted to €17.83m compared to €8.98m in 2025, • Net profit after tax amounted to €13.89m compared to €7.25m in 2025. It should be noted that the profitability performance recorded during the first quarter of the financial year 2026 is not representative of the expected performance for the full year. The main reason for this is that the impact of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East on various cost components has not yet been fully reflected in the Company’s cost base.

KriKri’s Management is optimistic about the Company’s financial results in 2025, despite the current demanding economic and business environment. For the fiscal year 2025, sales are expected to continue their upward trend. Based on the Management's estimate, sales are expected to show strong double-digit growth, reaching €300m (+17%). Exports are expected to be the main driver of this growth. The above estimate is supported by actual performance, as Q1-2025 sales show an increase of more than +20%. The EBIT margin is expected between 14 to 15%.

KRI-KRI Milk Industry announces, pursuant to Article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulations (EU) No 596/2014, that Mr. Tsinavos Panagiotis, Liable Person under a.13 of Law 3340 /2005, as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, sold on 27/09/2024, 700,000 ordinary shares for €12.00 each. Mr. Sarmadakis Konstantinos, Liable Person under a.13 of Law 3340 /2005, as Financial Director of the Company, sold on 30/09/2024, 5,000 ordinary shares for €13.50 each.

KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A., Reg.-Nr. 113772252000, (im Folgenden: „das Unternehmen“) gibt bekannt: Im Rahmen der bereits angekündigten Bemühungen zur Erhöhung des Streubesitzes haben die Hauptaktionäre insgesamt 1.000.000 Aktien [3,03 % des gesamten Aktienkapitals] des Unternehmens zu einem Preis von 12,00 € pro Aktie an institutionelle Anleger in Griechenland und im Ausland veräußert. Die Platzierung wurde von Piraeus Securities im beschleunigten Bookbuilding-Verfahren am Donnerstag, den 26.9.2024 nach Handelsschluss der Athener Börse durchgeführt. Die Gesamtzahl der Angebote überstieg den Veräußerungsbetrag um 50 %. Die entsprechenden Transaktionen sollen am Freitag, den 27.9.2024, ausgeführt werden.

Zahlen top, Expansion läuft weiter sehr gut

Hat bis jetzt ja gut geklappt. Geht mir aber zu langsam, deshalb habe ich heute auch eine Kauforder platziert. Mal schauen ob wir den Kurs jetzt richtig runter kriegen.

KGV liegt nun bei ca. 11,5 auf Basis des Jahresgewinns 2023
