Dear Optionholder Notice to Optionholders of Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer We write to you as the registered holder of Liontown Resources Limited (ASX: LTR) (Liontown or the Company) options as at today's date. As advised in the Company's ASX announcement dated 6 September 2016, Liontown is undertaking a non-renounceable pro- rata entitlement offer to eligible shareholders of ordinary fully paid shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.01 per share and on the basis of 1 new share (New Share) for every 5 shares held at the record date on 16 September 2016 (Record Date) (Entitlement Offer). Pursuant to the Entitlement Offer, the Company will issue up to 139,890,080 New Shares to raise up to $1,398,900 before costs. The Entitlement Offer will be available to all Liontown shareholders registered on the Record Date whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand (Eligible Shareholders). A prospectus in relation to the Entitlement Offer was lodged with ASIC on 12 September 2016 and will be sent to Eligible Shareholders in due course. Under the terms of the options you currently hold, there is no entitlement to participate in the Entitlement Offer unless you exercise your options, and are entered onto the register as a shareholder of the Company by 5pm (AWST) on the Record Date. If you wish to participate in the Entitlement Offer, a notice of options exercise and payment of the options exercise price should be lodged with the Company's share registry, Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited, with sufficient time to ensure that you are registered as a shareholder of the Company by the Record Date. Hatte ja eigentlich die Hoffnung das der Kurs hochgetrieben wird um den bereits investierten Anlegern diese 1:5 Aktion schmackhaft zu machen. Aber nichts, kein Volumen, fallender Kurs auf 0.016 AUD...

Aja gut ...denen bleibt nicht viel übrig...Und dir als investierten auch nicht...gehste den weg mit, biste am Ende happy/unhappy oder du vertickst jetzt mit Verlust...

Das ist wieder so eine waghalsige Aktion wie bei PIO. Der Kurs steht nicht deutlich über dem KE-Kurs. Wer nicht gerade deutlich im sechsstelligen Bereich investiert ist, hat Anrechte die im unteren dreistelligen Eurobereich liegen+ anfallende Ordergebühr! Puh, Denksportaufgabe mit weiterer zusätzlicher Risikobereitschaft!

Das bedeutet das jeder Aktionär für bereits 5 bestehende Aktien eine neue Aktie für den Preis von 0,01 AUD erwerben kann. Liontown benötigt 1,4 Mio aus der Kapitalerhöhung um die Bohrungen in den beiden wichtigsten Gebieten voranzutreiben. Bedeutet für mich das kein Cash mehr vorhanden ist für weitere Tätigkeiten, aber auf Grund der Höhe von 1,4 Mio auch zu erwarten ist, daß eines Tages sich dieses Investiton auszahlen wird.

Liontown Resources Ltd (ASX:LTR) will undertake a $1.4 million rights issue to fast-track drilling of two highly prospective Australian lithium projects. The funds will be used for drilling programs at the Bynoe Lithium Project in the Northern territory and the Kathleen Valley Lithium-Tantalum Project in Western Australia. The drilling at the Bynoe Lithium Project, located 50 kilometres from Darwin, is planned to commence within the next few weeks. The company recently completed a maiden drilling program at Bynoe, confirming the presence of thick spodumene-related lithium mineralisation. Lithium values of >1% Li2O were returned at six of the initial 10 targets tested. Drilling will also commence at the Kathleen Valley Project as soon as permitting and heritage clearance is obtained. The project contains a spodumene-bearing pegmatite swarm extending 3.5 kilometres by 1 kilometre and represents an advanced lithium opportunity with walk-up drilling targets. Surface samples of up to 3.5% Li2O have been discovered at the Mt Mann and Kathleen’s Corner prospects, enhancing the economic potential of the Kathleen Valley Project. Liontown’s 1-for-5 non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue is at a price of $0.01 per share. Notably, Liontown’s Chairman and largest shareholder, Tim Goyder, has confirmed his intention to take up his full entitlement worth $377,000. Gute Abend die Herren, bin da gleicher Meinung was Kinderschuhe und Nachfrage betrifft, denke mit ner kleinen Position sagen wir 100.000 Stk und ein paar Jahre Zeit macht man hier nichts falsch! Geht nicht viel verloren wenn's in die Hose geht! Wenn alles läuft und evtl sogar das Angebot zu einer Übernahme von einem anderen Explorer kommt rechne ich mit mindestens Verzehnfachung!
