Deshalb war's ja ein Traum 😂 Spaß beiseite. Mal sehen was das Webcast heute bringt.

Bringt zwar keinem was, aber ich hab geträumt dass wir Ende des Jahres bei 23$ stehen ;)

So letzter Post fürs Wochenende. Aber hier nochmal eine kleine Aufklärung zu dem Statement aus der PR in der gesagt wurde, dass die Geschäftsführung keine weiteren Anteile kaufen kann.. The press release is a bit hard to follow if you haven't read the SEC filings. Tuscan Holdings Corp. (THCB) can't buy shares on the open market, but they would be the ones "buying" shares that get redeemed (taking them out of the float), using funds from the $250M + trust account. Vogel owns shares through his own entity, Tuscan Holdings Acquisition LLC, which isn't in the release and can buy shares at any time. On the last part, I don't think anyone was expecting Microvast could buy shares related to a meeting vote.

Theoretisch kann also um 2 Tage verlängert werden, um noch irwie benötigte Stimmen aufzutreiben. Könnte nochmal nützlich sein.

Had to dig into Delaware corporate law (fun for the whole family), but it looks like Vogel built-in a 48 hour "Time Out" with the Adjournment Proposal. It only requires 50% to pass and Broker votes are "Yes" by default, which means it's pretty much automatic. It also freezes the existing votes and March 17th cutoff date, so all of the votes up to the meeting stay the same. They can basically start the meeting on the 28th but keep it adjourned (on hold) until the 30th, with the goal of getting the extra votes they may need to pass the extension. The two options would be people redeeming their shares (lowering the total share count) or insiders and their affiliates buying more shares.

Warten wir ab, wie die Abstimmung laufen wird. Bis jetzt gab es noch keinen SPAC bei dem sie nicht durchgegangen wäre... Auflösung nach 2 Jahren Arbeit.. Ich hoffe der Vorstand findet Mittel und Wege im Zweifel es so zu drehen( oder zu vertagen oder was auch immer) dass wir hier bald Mal fertig werden xD Mal schauen, irgendwer ist immer der erste bei dem es nicht durchgeht.. Lasst es im besten Fall nicht uns sein xD

Aslo ich habe schön im hoch bei €18 gekauft. Wäre froh wenn ich mit nen blauen Auge rauskommen 😒

Außerdem zählen sie als automatische Ja-Stimmen.

Naja, bei dem aktuellen Preis wäre der Verlust nicht so hoch, selbst wenn die Abstimmung platzt und man den Nominalwert wiederbekommt.

Momentan nix flüssig zum nachkaufen. Außerdem würde ich erst die Abstimmung zur Verlängerung abwarten.
