Manchmal muss man den Verlust realisieren und hinnehmen.

Ich würde die fallen lassen, aber das ist nur meine Meinung. Ich habe schon bei 12cent gesagt das die noch weiterhin fett fallen werden. Jetzt haben wir bereit 5,5Cent gehabt. Also 50% tiefer. Da hat jemand ganz mächtig verdient. Rechnet mal, die aktie ist von 0,0025Cent auf 60cent gegangen. Jetzt steigen alle die aus, die auf dem Weg nach oben gekauft haben. Also steigen die auch um den Gewinn mitzunehmen, weil die Tendenz fallend ist.

Das ist auch meine meinung das die noch viel tiefer fallen werden.

Guten Morgen zusammen! Also die Nachricht ist wie in der Politik, viel reden und nichts sagen. Es tut mir leid für euch und andere Anleger.

Good evening, September is a big transition month.  Many families are shifting from the end of summer into ne w routines with work, children going back to school, swapping out wardrobes for the cooler weather, and mentally gearing for the transition into a new season of harvest and thanksgiving.   I personally love the fall.  For my entire career, fall has always been associated with bringing fresh focus and energy to the new season.  In my opinion this has never been more true inside Mountain Valley MD!  Fall is timed with what I believe will be a tremendous opportunity to capitalize on our transition into the biotech space.   Over the past approximately 18 months, the company has gone through an exciting transformation, pivoting from a focus on the initial cannabis-related investments to a focus on the health and wellness biotech space.  This has been happening at a critical time when the global cannabis industry has been facing challenges, presenting new and significantly larger opportunities for MVMD in nutraceutical, vaccine and pharmaceutical markets valued at almost $2 trillion USD dollars (source:  Statistica, May 25, 2020, ResearchAndMarkets.com).   We believe that our patented Quicksome™ technology has the ability to help with some of the most significant challenges facing vaccine and pharmaceutical companies, such as: loss of patent exclusivity, extending profitability against generic drug competitors, driving down drug and vaccine costs while increasing profitability, enabling broader distribution of drugs and vaccines, eliminating significant costs and wastage associated with cold chain storage requirements, and, expanding production capacity for global blockbuster drugs.   For those that have been following our story and our news updates, you have heard about the progress we have made in a relatively short timeframe.  It was only at the end of July that we announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Polio Vaccine Lab confirmed the successful preservation of Polio D Antigen in our Quicksome™ rapid dissolve oral strip technology without the need for cold chain preservation (refrigeration) to prevent degradation.  Cold chain is a temperature-controlled supply chain that prescribes necessary conditions during the transport, storage, and handling of vaccines to preserve a temperature range between +2°C and +8°C from the time the vaccine is produced until it is administered.   In early August we announced our work with two pre-clinical trials designed to demonstrate the efficacy of our proprietary Quicksome™ technology in overcoming key absorption limitations and providing the necessary pharmacokinetics data.  These two separate pre-clinical trials are underway and are focused on demonstrating the ability for Quicksome™ to deliver Trivalent Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine (tIPV) and the drug Ivermectin.   As I have previously stated, we believe the results of our preclinical trials will demonstrate that our Quicksome™ technology will enable vastly improved efficacy, including higher absorption, improved bioavailability and reduced variability.  And what we believe is perhaps even more exciting, we are confident that successful results of these studies can be extrapolated to a long list of similar class drugs and vaccines, each with unique benefits including needleless delivery.   One other housekeeping subject that I wanted to comment on briefly in this update is around the timing of the filing of our annual audited financial statements.  Over the past few days, we have received shareholder enquiries around the reported delay of MVMD’s annual audited financial statement for the year ended March 31, 2020.  We have interpreted from the nature of the questions that there appears to be a broad misunderstanding about this subject.  Essentially, the company is working with an external auditor as required by law and this auditing firm has not been able to complete their work and obligations by the required deadlines.  We have been working diligently with the auditors, however the pace of the audit is largely outside of the control of our company and is determined by the auditors and their own legal requirements.  The auditors have stated that the impacts of COVID-19 on their business has limited their ability to work effectively to meet the deadlines and, as a result, MVMD has made the necessary extension requests to the securities commission and mandated the trading blackout for our executives and insiders.  We anticipate the completion of the audit shortly.   We hope we have been able to convey just what an exciting window we deem MVMD is in, accomplishing what I consider are unprecedented outcomes in a short window of time.  I continue to be excited that MVMD is well positioned to drive meaningful validation of our Quicksome™ technology and enter business development conversations with nutraceutical, vaccine and pharmaceutical partners. Habe soeben bei Kursstand von 0,0600Cent nachgeschaut was für Briefwert ist. Der briefwert steht bei 0,0660 Also 10% drüber! Der Geldwert steht bei 0,053 Also ca. 13% drunter. Also man merkt die suchen frisches Geld von ahnungslosen und diejenige die zur Zeit angelegt sind, wollen die auch nicht gehen lassen. ✌🏼🤣👍🏼
