Frage mich auch, wie man noch an so eine Firma "glauben" kann... Außer Videos, die an Hohn und Spott grenzen, kam ja sprichwörtlich nichts.

Trotzdem Danke für den Hinweis an das Unternehmen! Ich denke dass das Problem dort bekannt ist, aber für deutsche Anleger hat das Unternehmen anscheinend wenig Interesse. Obwohl ja vor ein paar Tagen vom Vorstandsvorsitzenden ein Statement abgegeben wurde alles für die shareholder zu tun! Ob dein Umdenken stattgefunden hat, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Das war nicht nur die leerverkäufer und manche bonusmeilen sind fragwürdig erreicht worden.

Da du anscheinend in Deutschland die Aktie gekauft hast und auch nicht über die Nasdaq, musst du entweder warten bis es wieder über Hamburg läuft oder die Lagerstelle wechseln. Ich habe das jetzt gemacht. Sollte kein agreement mit der Nasdaq zustande kommen, wirst du Probleme haben über OTC zu handeln. Nach meiner Recherche gibt es keine Deutsche Bank die in den USA OTC handelt. BÖRSE ONLINE stand noch das consorsbank und flatex OTC USA handeln, da bin ich eines besseren belehrt worden. Entweder das Depot oder die einzelne Aktie an einer US Bank übertragen. Nur dann kann OTC USA wieder gehandelt werden! Ich gehe aber davon aus dass ein Abkommen zwischen mullen und nestec geben wird und 180 Tage Verlängerung bzw Ende rechtsstreit Leerverkäufer zustande kommt! Auf all das verlasse ich mich nicht und habe deswegen meine Lagerstelle in die USA übertragen lassen.
