MYM Closes First Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement      (TheNewswire)   VANCOUVER, British Columbia – TheNewswire - July 9, 2019 - MYM Nutraceuticals Inc., (CNSX:MYM) (OTCBB:MYMMF) (“MYM” or “The Company”) announces it has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement announced on July 7, 2019 as part of the drawdowns on the Alumina Equity Agreement consisting of 1,543,210 units at a price of CAD$0.324 per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000.04. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.50 for a period of three years from the issue date. The warrants are subject to an acceleration provision that allows the Company to give notice of an earlier expiry date if the Company's share price on the Canadian Securities Exchange (or such other stock exchange the Company may be trading on) is equal or greater than $1.00 for a period of 10 consecutive trading days. The offering was priced in the context of the market based on a price reservation *** by the Company with the Canadian Securities Exchange. The private placement is subject to the approval of the CSE and the securities will be subject to a four-month hold period under securities laws. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Weed-Aktien hat sich mym doch super geschlagen. Es gab auch schon "gute News", und der Kurs fiel immer weiter.

Auf der Internetseite gibts unter "updates" einen neuen Punkt "articles". Dort ist ein Dokument hinterlegt, das über CBD ein wenig aufklärt. Falls jemand will, gerne mal durchlesen✌

Da der heutige Anstieg überhaupt nichts mit der zukünftigen Lizenz zu tun hat, viele aufgesprungen sind weil es endlich mal wieder news gab die zeigen das es vorwärts geht, glaub ich nicht das alle wieder verkaufen wenn Freitag keine Lizenz kommt... Aber wir werden ja sehen...

Wenn Freitag die Lizenz nicht zufällig kommt halte ich es auch für gut möglich dass die 0.2 bald wieder sichbar sind

Kleeblatt da hast recht aber es ist ein ständiges auf und ab und aus Erfahrungen kauft man wenn es ab geht und nicht auf ;-) und zur lizens denke das dauert noch Monate 800 lizensen warten darauf also denke ich das dauert noch.

...Spekulation hin oder her - aber ein "Bigbird " ist hier wieder an der Heimatbörse am Start - und der ist meiner Erfahrung nach ein Garant dafür, den Kurs extrem treiben zu können - ich hab letzte Woche ordentlich nachgelegt - halte akt mehr den je Anteile...wird bzw bleibt sehr spannend!
