Kann du das ausführlicher beschreiben?
Meiner Ansicht nach beeinflusst die Konkurrenzsituation mit Tesat Mynaric in Bezug auf Liquidität und Kapitalkosten nicht.

Das ist offensichtlich. Für Tesat ist es viel leichter an günstige Finanzierung zu kommen als für Mynaric.

Ja das ist als Tochter von Airbus selbstverständlich. Aber das beeinflusst ja Mynarics Konditionen/Rahmenbedingungen auf dem Kapitalmarkt nicht direkt. Eigene Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten sind ja kein Hebel, mit dem die Konkurrenz schwächen kann. Zumal die beiden Unternehmen ja auch so grundverschiedene Geschäftsmodelle fahren, dass auch ein Preis-Kampf aktuell nicht vorstellbar ist.
Außer wenn Tesat dank einfachem Kapitalzugang ebenfalls mit hohem Kapitalaufwand auf günstige Serienfertigung umstellen sollte. Bei einer profitablen Tochtergesellschaft aber kaum vorstellbar - ist ein zu hohes Risiko gegenüber den finanziellen Erwartungen des Mutterkonzerns

Wenn ich mir überlege über 66 € für die Aktie bezahlt zu haben die dann irgendwie über Nacht nachdem sie ein paar Tage überhaupt nirgends zu finden war nur noch bei 20 € stand schon merkwürdig das ganze

Bekannt schon. Nur scheint mir die Tesat-Konkurrenz im Hinblick auf hohes Zinsniveau, Finanzierung etc. etwas erdrückend/übermächtig zu werden.

Was ist denn daran bedenklich? Das fasst die Marktsituation passend zusammen - bedenklich wäre es eher, wenn dir diese im Vorfeld des Artikels (der übrigens schon ein halbes Jahr alt ist) nicht bekannt gewesen wäre.

Auch wenn wohl keine Terminals von Mynaric dabei sind, geht das in die richtige Richtung. Sollte nicht mehr anzulangen Dauer bis auch welche von Mynaric dabei sein werden.

Eight months ago, Terran Orbital announced the delivery of 10 satellite buses to prime contractor Lockheed Martin Corporation in support of the Space Development Agency’s (SDA) Tranche 0 Transport Layer. The space vehicles launched during this mission will serve as part of SDA’s Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture, a new layered network of satellites in low-Earth orbit and supporting elements that will provide global military communication and missile warning, indication, and tracking capabilities.
