The Offering will no longer be subject to a minimum offering amount. All other terms of the Offering remain unchanged. Naturally Splendid’s CEO, Mr. Craig Goodwin stated, “We have had on-going conversations with multiple investment dealers and can report there is significant interest in our Offering. Our objective is to close the first tranche of our Offering in the shortest time possible and the entire Offering within the next few weeks.” Each Unit offered will be comprised of one common share of Naturally Splendid and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”), with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.35 per share for a period of two years from the date of the issue. Naturally Splendid will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants if, at any time, the average closing price of Naturally Splendid’s common shares is equal to or greater than $0.45 for 10 consecutive trading days. @ Titan S. Danke f. Ausführungen! Endlich bisschen Bewegung im Kurs. Schönes WoEnde allseits!

Also ein bisschen was möchte ich zum aktuellen Kurs sagen. Heute ist True Leaf, Laguna und NS stark abverkauft worden. Das möchte ich mal wirklich wissen, was da ohne News ausschlaggebend war. Wenn wir nur von NS sprechen, finde ich persönlich dass der Kurs nach den News bewusst nochmal gedrückt wird (ähnlich wie bei Pilbara wo ich drin bin). Ich möchte jetzt ungern auf Abnehmer, Fonds oder Institutionelle abzielen, das wäre viel zu spekuliert und NS ist nach wie vor ein Pennystock. Dennoch kann ich nicht glauben, dass all die News und harte Fakten für eine massive Unterbewertung sprechen. Ich bleibe dabei unter 0.2 sind Kaufkurse. Mein EK liegt bei 0.18 und ich kann entspannt warten. Ich möchte nur den Kollegen ein wenig die Angst nehmen, die bei 0.22 eingestiegen sind!
