Wird sich so schnell wohl nicht mehr erholen, einfach zu viele Fehler gemacht, forschungstechnisch kaum vorangekommen und Erfolgsaussichten falsch eingeschätzt... Nervt einfach nur noch, wenn man den Verfall und das Scheitern (Nektar, Medigene) vieler Firmen in diesem Bereich sieht. Bei Sorrento kam bisher auch viel heiße Luft und kaum Zählbares. Einziger Lichtblick zur Zeit noch ImmunityBio, die haben für ihr Krebsmedikament Anktiva N-803 vor kurzem bei der FDA ein BLA Filing eingereicht, wenn die FDA das durchwinkt, dann sollte es für ImmunityBio kein Problem sein, daraus ordentlich Kapital zu schlagen, immerhin ist Antkiva wesentlich besser als Keytruda von Merck, mit dem Merck pro Jahr im Schnitt 15 Milliarden Dollar Umsatz generiert. ANKTIVA (N-803) von ImmunityBio: "71% response rate for the combination of Anktiva N-803 + BCG, with 96% of patients having a 24-month survival rate free of progression to muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC)." Zumal Medigene die Forschungs- und Vermarktungsrechte der, aus der Zusammenarbeit mit Biontech entstehenden TCRs, an Biontech abgibt, also wenn überhaupt, dann sollte man da eher auf Biontech, als auf Medigene setzen.
