Their credibility and claims are to be taken extremely lightly. On to their statements about our *** group. Before the creation of this group, our lawyers have went through the laws and regulations that may be sensitive to having a company owned group chat: As long as no non-public information is disclosed here (which has been respected) we are good to operate. To say that this is a case for BAFIN does not make sense at all. In fact, as I’m sure many of you would agree, it’s a great median to increase transparency and confidence with our shareholders and to speak to myself personally rather than reading through our company updates. Next, they mention WireCard was also headed for the Visa fast track cooperation, trying to find a link in their scandalous situation to ours:There is none. Visa Fast Track is an extremely reputable program, with over 140 partners and growing. To think that our credibility or Visa’s credibility is harmed by WireCard is like trying to find a connection where there isn’t any. The article claims that these shares will be unlocked in September and we may see a big sell off then, that is completely false. The shares have already been unlocked for weeks. They believed we could go a lot higher and we did, it's a part of the business. We don’t raise money if we don’t need it, every dollar is used to move the company forward in the long term with the goal of improving our fundamentals and eventually our cash-flow. To the same group that wrote the articles: We know you’re in here, I’m tired of good people losing their investments because of these types of groups. We’re going to hold our position moving forward and fight back with all that it takes. To conclude, I must say that although the article was written in a fully negative tone against Netcents, I have to agree with one thing, and one thing only in it: They mention that the fundamentals will sooner or later give the share its fair valuation. That’s right. The same fundamentals regarding our processing volume exceeding 100% growth from February to July 2020, our merchant sign ups reaching new highs, our growing B2B sales, our partnership with Visa and many more merchant providers, our ever-expanding world class advisory board members and more. Wenn es hier nicht um Kohle von naiven Menschen gehen würde, die auch ggf. Familie oder zumindest die 1-Zimmerwohnung finanzieren müssen, wäre es ja nur noch lustig. Aber einen gewissen faden Beigeschmack hat es. Bin da aber wahrscheinlich zu gutmenschlich unterwegs.
