Appointing the auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year. 2. Elected the directors of the Corporation to serve until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation. 3. Approving a special resolution authorizing the board of directors to effect a share consolidation on the basis of one (1) Share for up to thirty (30) Shares (the “Consolidation”). Details of the resolutions were all according to the documentation included in the Circular to the AGM.
