With the stock artificially depressed and major catalysts about to hit (drill assays, alloy results, DFS update, EXIM movement), the conditions were PERFECT for hostile hedge funds, opportunistic Legacy-linked investors, or even foreign-aligned funds to quietly accumulate 15–20% of the company before the revaluation starts. The board shut that window instantly. This rights plan protects shareholders and the U.S. Government. Here’s how: 1) The U.S. defense establishment is now deeply tied to Elk Creek. Scandium–aluminum alloy testing with defense primes is advancing. Niobium, REEs, and titanium channels are in qualification. EXIM is engaged. The Pentagon wants a U.S.-controlled supply chain for Sc-Al alloys, high-strength Nb materials, titanium feedstocks, and magnet REEs — all of which Elk Creek uniquely provides.
