$LLy orforglipron approval just came in. Didn’t see any mentioning of liver monitoring. So probably Lilly has details of each case to explain causality.
But what is this deal with the dosing ?
Is the top dose 17.2 mg and not 36 mg ? Why. ? Am I missing something ? And what happens to efficacy ?
“Foundayo is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist in tablet form that should be taken orally once daily. Starting dosage is 0.8 mg, which should be increased to 2.5 mg after at least 30 days and then to 5.5 mg after another 30 days. The dosage may be increased further to 9 mg, 14.5 mg, or 17.2 mg after at least 30 days at each level based on treatment response and tolerability.”

wahrscheinlich sind die einzigen Argumente die Art der Einnahme, ich persönlich aber würde es fragwürdig finden nicht 30min warten zu können nachm aufstehen, wer isst bitte sofort irgendwas in den ersten 30min, vorallem wenn man abnehmen möchte.

Hi, ich war einer von diesen, die bei 80€ gekauft haben. Habe meinen EK durch mehrere Tranchen gesenkt und bespare die Aktie weiterhin mit einem Sparplan weil ich langfristig davon überzeugt bin und ich Geduld habe. Ja, es ist nicht schön, aber ein Kurs orientiert sich am Ende immer an den tatsächlichen Zahlen und Entwicklungen. Ich persönlich habe Vertrauen, aber jeder sollte sich halt mit seinem Investment, Risiko und der dazugehörigen These beschäftigen und seine eigene Entscheidung treffen😄
